I studied at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ. With over a decade of experience as a live sound engineer touring in the vibrant music industry, I faced a pivotal decision: continue a nomadic road life or choose laying down roots. Opting for the latter led me into corporate AV event production and the fascinating world of Unified Communications (UC) within the IT sector.

Stepping Into Technology: Project Management and Innovation

Throughout my journey, I honed essential skills in project management, team leadership, and innovative system design, evolving into a systems engineer. My achievements include leading numerous multi-million dollar technology deployment projects, setting global standards, and revolutionizing communication systems as a systems architect.

Leading the Charge: Director of Technology Services

As the Director of Technology Services, I led teams to create and implement groundbreaking solutions, consistently exceeding employee and customer expectations. This role allowed me to merge my technical expertise with leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence.

I also learned to work with a diverse people and situations, but I also learned that corporate life is run by the numbers not by the people. With the timely instability in the market and the way people get treated in that type of situation, it helped me to decide to embark on my own adventure.

I had plenty of opportunities but wasted time and money on failed projects along with redundant goals convinced me to head out on my own. I know that my impact can broaden if I am bringing my skills to the small business market where there are no resources to waste and goals can easily be met.
